  • Is Smarti Mobile a SCAM???

    Definitely not! We know it can sound too good to be true. Our goal is to provide mobile phones to customers regardless of their credit history, and we operate with complete transparency. Please, look at our reviews and customer testimonials.

  • What devices do you offer?

    Smarti Mobile offers a wide variety of Apple and Samsung products. We add new devices daily. So check back often if you don’t find what youre looking for, today.

  • What is the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

    Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

    Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

  • Can I change my order?

    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

    Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship anywhere in the United States!

    For shipping outside of the US, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We have an exclusive partnership with Payvantage.  Make payments on any device - no credit checks!

     

  • Which currency will I be charged in?

    We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.

    If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose.

  • Why can’t I link my bank account with Payvantage?

    While not all banking institutions are supported by the Payvantage payment method, Smarti Mobile can still help you get approved. Open a chat, follow instructions, and securely share necessary screenshots as directed by our chat operator.

  • How do I get approved with Payvantage?

    Smarti Mobile uses Payvantage for all purchases.  Payvantage approves ANYONE with direct deposit income!  No credit needed!  It is an easy application process and we can get you approved within minutes and get a device shipped out TODAY!

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
